1. Service Overview
24 Rox provides monthly Social Media Marketing (SMM) services through two subscription plans:
- ₹999 per month – Basic Plan
- ₹5999 per month – Premium Plan
These are service-based, non-tangible digital offerings that include content creation, strategy execution, and campaign management.
2. Subscription and Payment
- All subscriptions are prepaid and billed monthly.
- Payment must be completed before any services commence.
- You agree to provide accurate billing and account information.
- The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.
3. Service Activation and Delivery
- Services will begin within 2 business days after successful payment.
- You will receive an onboarding email and be assigned a dedicated account manager.
- Delivery of services will be based on the package selected and discussed scope.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund requests are only accepted within 3 days of purchase if no work has started.
- Once any work (content, design, strategy) begins, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
- Post-approval, refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us at support@24rox.com.
- Cancellation must be made at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
6. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to misuse our services or content.
- You must provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Delays caused by the client (non-response, incomplete information) may extend the delivery timeline.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and campaigns created for you are licensed for your use only.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of the material without prior consent.
- 24 Rox retains rights to showcase work samples in its portfolio unless requested otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
- 24 Rox and SKYLARK GROUPS are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription month.
9. Modification of Terms
24 Rox reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
